EU-kokous 2006

Finland held the EU presidency during the second half of 2006. This meant a great deal of work in organising dozens of conferences and related events in Finland and Brussels. Our task was to design the visual identity of these conferences along with the necessary spatial arrangements and structures. The conferences involved thousands of invited guests and members of the press. Our total work area consisted of over 300,000 sq.m. of furnished space in 24 different conferences. Transportation of the materials used in the events called for as many as 52 trucks simultaneously. As a whole the events related to the EU presidency were the largest conference events ever hosted in Finland.
