Design Forum Finland

In 2004, Design Forum relocated to Erottaja in the centre of Helsinki. The building presented a challenge to interior designers due to its former use as retail and restaurant space, which would now be transformed into an exhibition centre. Our task was to plan the transformation of the interior space and to design a modern work environment for Design Forum that would serve equally well as a place to host exhibitions, as a meeting place for people and as commercial space for retailing design products.
