This premier Modernist property from 1933 was originally the head office of a retail co-operative and was refurbished according to our plans, respecting its original architecture and history. Some elements of the building’s original interiors were preserved, such as the main stairwell, which was restored to its original splendor. The offices were modernized into flexible and convertible workspaces.
